My NASA Store Return Policy

To begin the return process, please email us at info@mynasastore.com.  Please include your order number and reason for return.  If your return request is approved, you will be notified and sent a return label to the email on file.  Eligible returns received within 30 days of purchase will be issued to the original form of payment, when available.  Please note that a return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund credit issued to you for the use of the return label.  Once your item(s) are received, your refund will then be processed.  If an exchange is desired, we will email a return label to ship the undesired item back to us.  Once we receive the item being exchanged, we will process the correct item for shipping and an invoice will be emailed to collect the shipping fee.
