Pre-Order Questions

Q:  When will my KEU pre-order ship?

A:  KEU pre-orders will begin shipping on 3/5/2025.

Q:  I chose KSC pickup for my KEU pre-order.  When and where can I pick this up?

A:  You can pick up your KEU pre-order from the NASA Exchange Warehouse building, M6-0744, located on B ave between 3rd and 4th street behind Central Receiving.  Pickup dates and times are Wednesday, March 5th from 1pm to 4pm, Thursday, March 6th from 8am to 11am, and Friday, March 7th from 11am to 1pm.

Q:  When will my Engineering 2023 pre-order ship?

A:  Engineering pre-orders have all shipped as of 3/17/2023.

Q:  When and where can I pick up my Engineering pre-order that was not picked up yet?

A:  Remaining Engineering pre-orders can be picked up on Tuesday, 5/2/2023 between 0730-1230 and 1330 to 1530.

Q:  I chose KSC pickup for my Engineering pre-order.  Where can I pick this up?

A:  You can pick up your Engineering pre-order from the NASA Exchange Admin office, M6-0493, on the date and times listed above.  M6-0493 is located on 2nd street between B and C Ave just west of the Occupational Health Facility.

Q:  How do I return an item?

A:  Click on the "About Us" on the home page task bar.  Scroll down and click on "Refund Policy."
