Pre-Order Questions

Q:  When will my Pre-Order ship?

A:  Monitor the KSC Daily News for real time updates or email info@mynasastore.com.  Also, once ANY order, whether pre-order or regular order is fulfilled, you should be notified via email or text message, depending on what you choose at checkout or what your settings are on your mynasastore.com account.

AS OF 7/9/2026, ALL Apollo 11 and Copy, Moon Joy and Landing and Recovery pre-orders have shipped.  The pick up dates for these items are listed below.  Pick up location will be from the NASA Exchange warehouse, behind central receiving.  This is located in the industrial area on B ave between 3rd and 4th street.  Look for the "NASA Gear Sold Here" flags! 

These dates will also be a LAST CHANCE Pick up for the following pre-orders:  Artemis II, RISE and Rocket Red Glare.

Pick up dates are as follows:

Tuesday, 7/14/2026 from 11a-1p

Wednesday, 7/15/2026 from 1p-4p

Thursday, 7/16/2026 from 8a-11a
